Answer:       Any time, we are open 24 hours for home care services.

Questions:         If no one answers the telephone call, should I continue calling?

Answer:            No, we always have a staff on call and he/she should be able to return your call within the
shortest time.

Question:         When do know that I need Home Health Care Services?

Answer:            When you observed that the daily activities you always do can no longer be performed
effectively and efficiently or when you perform this task your health is always
at risk.

Question:         Can I contact my Primary Physicians before you start services?

Answer:            Yes

Question:         Can I trust your staff within my surroundings?

Answer:            Yes, our staffs have gone through criminal background checks and are certified to work
with you without any fear or being unsafe.

Question:         How much notice is required for discharge?

Answer:            It varies with the skill level and number of hours being provided and how confident you
are in carrying your activity of daily living.  We believe in smooth transition

Question:         What are my rights as a consumer?

Answer:            You have 100% rights to receive accurate information about CHHC care, fully informed
on policies and procedures, receive timely information,  involved in planning, receive
confidential information, be treated with respect and above all should have access to
your records at all times.

Question:         When does billing of my services start?

Answer;            Once consumer accepts our price quotation, and agree for initial assessment to be done,                            then we can begin rending services as needed.

Question:         What are your payment plans/options?

Answer:            There are several payment options depending on the one you are eligible or fall under:                           Payment could be paid by the insurance or private payment.  However, all prices are                                  charged according to the agreement signed by both parties.
