Founded on principles of empathy, respect, and excellence, Compassionate Home Health Residential Services Inc. has been serving families and communities for years.
When planning for your recovery, you need to know your options so you can take a step in the right direction. The same is true when you intend to improve your overall well-being—you have to make the right decision to guarantee a fast and safe recovery.
Here at Compassionate, we have nurses and caregivers who can help you with your basic to complex healthcare demands. We also practice a teamwork approach to care whenever we assist our patients.

We offer home health care services to give our clients the chance to recover in the comfort of their homes.
Residential Services
Residential Services at Compassionate Home Residential Services Inc. provide a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities or other special needs. At Compassionate Home Health Residential Services, Inc., our Residential Supports include a range of services delivered in person centered settings. Our goal is to help you to achieve your goals, developing skills and relationships that support your participation in the community. That’s why our services are designed with an approach that is person-centered.
Personal Support
Provide guidance on navigating social interactions and designed to foster community integration and provide individualized support that aligns with the individuals’ unique needs, goals, and aspirations.
Personal Supports are individualized supports delivered in the individual’s preferential manner to support the person’s independence in his or her own home and/or community in which he or she wishes to be involved in. Personal supports assist participants to acquire and build the skills necessary to maximize their independence.
Supported Living
Our Supported Living services are crafted to empower individuals to live independently in their communities by providing personalized support that caters to each participant’s unique needs. To deliver the highest quality of care, Compassionate employs skilled Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to implementing services aligned with each participant’s Person-Centered Plan. These supports are fully customized, ensuring that individuals receive assistance in a way that reflects their personal goals and preferences. Our services aim to help participants:
- Build self-direction and problem-solving skills to manage activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), which are critical for independent living.
- Provision of assistance with Learning self-direction and problem-solving related to performing activities of daily living.
- Provision of assistance to individuals to engage in community-based activities of choice.
- Provision of assistance and facilitation with finding an apartment or home, roommates based on individual preferences and choice.
Respite Services
It is a short-term care intended to provide both individuals with intellectual disabilities. And their family with a break from their daily routines while providing the individual with new opportunities, experiences, and self-determination. Our respite program may take place in the individual’s own home or the home of a respite care provider, or a licensed residential site. Taking on the role of caregiver for a family member or loved one is a job that is rewarding yet also demanding. At Compassionate, we understand the dedication you bring to your responsibility as a caregiver and the sacrifices you make. We also understand that sometimes you need a break; whether to run errands, to keep appointments for yourself, or even to relax and recharge.
Day Habilitation Program
The Day Habilitation program is designed to foster and enhance participants’ independence across a variety of essential life skills areas. This comprehensive program focuses on equipping individuals with the tools, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive in their daily lives while promoting personal growth and self-sufficiency.
Community Development Service
Through thoughtfully designed group activities, we aim to foster both independence and inclusion, empowering participants to build confidence, develop social skills, and actively contribute to their communities. These group activities are diverse and engaging, offering something for everyone. Examples include:
- Attending local community events
- Provision of activities which facilitate and promote integration and
- inclusion in the participant’s chosen community
- identification of a path to employment for a working age participant
- Travel training and so on
